All levels welcome. Our main CrossFit classes can be scaled to meet the needs of each individual athlete. CrossFit classes include a mix of weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, cardiovascular endurance, and gymnastics. No prior experience needed.
CrossFit Kids & Teens
CrossFit Kids is the perfect place for kids who want to run, jump, swing, and play. Our kids classes are both fun and dynamic. Our programming incorporates agility, balance, and coordination. Children ages 5-15 are welcome to attend.
Functional Auxiliary Skills Training
In our F.A.S.T Class, we believe the little things translate to the big achievements. Our primary focus is building confidence and strength through agility, mobility, coordination, and balance, all while fine-tuning and stabilizing the small muscle groups in your shoulders, core, hips, and ankles.
Our weightlifting classes teach members proper technique and progressions of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and all associated movements including Power Snatch, Power Clean, Power Jerk, Squat variations, and pulling progressions. Athletes of all skill levels can benefit from this class.
