There are gyms all over San Diego that offer a variety of services to help meet your fitness goals. So what makes Crossfit Unsung different? We are in the business of not only improving the physical health of our members but also their overall well-being. Each of our members is part of our CrossFit family. We are a community of people who encourage each other to achieve their fitness goals despite the rigors of everyday life. We believe in meeting athletes where they are by properly scaling workouts that meet each of their individual needs. Scaling workouts allows us to challenge each member in a safe and efficient manner, without fear of injury, while still building strength and endurance.
You are welcome to attend any of our main CrossFit classes to see if CrossFit Unsung is the right fit for you. Each of our classes has anywhere from 5 to 15 members depending on the time of day. We hope you find that our members and trainers are welcoming and supportive regardless of where you are in your fitness journey. We all remember our "first day" of CrossFit and recognize how overwhelming that can be.
All of our trainers are familiar with the Paleo Diet and are comfortable providing individual recommendations for dietary changes to help complement your fitness goals. Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand, even the simplest changes can make a big difference.
Our small class sizes enable our trainers to provide one-on-one coaching throughout each class. We want you to get stronger, and we're in the business of helping you get there. All of our CrossFit trainers have an extensive understanding of how to help people move both safely and efficiently. Proper mechanics are essential to building strength as a CrossFitter.
Family Friendly Environment
We recognize that having kids makes it extremely difficult to find the time to work out. Our gym is equipped with a safe kid zone that is located adjacent to the workout space. For everyone's safety, children must stay in the designated area at all times during a workout.
